All our pieces are made to order and handcrafted with intention and care. Because of the custom nature of each item, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.

Exchanges for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this timeframe, we are unable to offer repairs or replacements. Photo documentation of the damage may be required to process your request. Please contact us directly at info@melis.com.

Handmade Variations
Each piece is individually made, and slight variations in stone color are natural and part of the unique character of natural stones. These variations are not considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order is in process.

Care & Wear
Our pieces are crafted with natural stones and delicate materials. Please handle with care, as exposure to water, chemicals, or rough wear may affect the longevity of your jewelry.
